Paul Wesley is a multi-award winner as an actor, producer and director. The most well-known of his roles is playing the role of Paul on the TV show The Vampire Diaries. The role he played on the TV series has garnered him several awards, nominations and accolades. This includes the Teen Choice Awards and the "Young Hollywood Awards". Wesley was born within New Brunswick New Jersey, United States. During his high school days, he displayed an interest for acting. Rutgers University was his next destination. But after recognizing his talent for acting, and knowing that he could earn a living from his acting talents, he dropped out. On the American TV series Another World, he made his debut in TV. His next TV role was with The CBS series Wolf Lake. In the following year, when he landed the character Stefan Salvatore for the American popular TV program The Vampire Diaries, his professional life was completely transformed. The show has allowed him to direct a few episodes. He has been featured in numerous movies that have been a hit since his first film, The Last Run. Recent roles include Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer as a supporting actor. On social media, he has more than 13 million followers on Instagram.
