Srushti deshmukh who is in her third engineering year is already beginning to prepare for UPSC. When she graduated, she wondered if engineering could make her feel happy. After realizing her dream, she began to work on civil services. Her parents urged her to concentrate on civil work and to find a job serving the public. She remained motivated and focused on becoming IAS Officer. IAS Officer. Achieving UPSC requires more effort. She used to study the engineering subjects and then prepare for UPSC in addition to studying other subjects. Everyday she carved out time for exam preparation. In only one and a quarter months she studied for engineering examinations, and stayed away from all contact with people. She believes that focusing on the task at hand is key to passing this exam. She made a lot of effort to pass the test in the first try. Every day, she read the papers to stay on top on the current news. Rajya Sabha TV and online study materials were also a huge help for her.
